Administration/ Finance Specialist

Your role in the team

Answering and directing phone calls

Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments

Maintaining contact lists

Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Taking care of proper information flow

Making sure that guests are properly cared for

Performing ad hoc administrative tasks

Developing and maintaining workflow documents system

Checking of logged to the system documents

Control of financial documents (invoices, travel requests forms, expenses statements, credit cards)

Issuing invoices

Close cooperation with an external accounting office

Ordering office supplies

Booking travel arrangements

Submitting and reconciling expense reports

What do we expect:

Experience in a similar role (min. 1 year)

Basic accounting knowledge

Attention to details and problem solving skills

Excellent time management skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment

“Can do” attitude and taking initiative

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Strong organization and planning skills

Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
