Seeking full time Billing Specialist
5 days, Monday-Friday 8-hour shift between  7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
 Starting hourly rate is $20.18 per hour, $20.79 per hour bilingual English/Spanish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The AAA Billing Dispute Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties throughout the AAA department.  Overall, this position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers contacting the AAA.  This position will require customer service assistance on phones, walk-ups and other duties. May be reassigned on a long term or temporary basis to another location, other shifts, or other schedules, to balance manpower or meet the needs of the company.  
  • Process Bankruptcy information received from United States Bankruptcy Court
  • Develop and apply the basic skills appropriate to research, process, and resolve refunds and chargebacks
  • Audit Service Center Agents on refunds and report to manager
  • Administer dispute decisions while making customer account adjustments. Process disputes quickly and accurately, following up with customers on account actions, while delivering consistently high-quality customer service.
  • Process Non-Sufficient Fund (NSF) checks and fees
  • Perform skip-tracing procedures as needed
  • Perform various projects as assigned by manager and supervisor
  • Assists with overflow Customer Service walk-up and phone volume
  • Handles all customer inquiries regarding bankruptcies, charge backs, refunds, and NSF Checks. Respond to inquiry by phone, e-mail, in-person or from our  collection agency
  • Back up for front desk agents

Job Requirements

Work Experience Requirements:
  • Position requires a minimum of six (6) months of ExpressToll Contact Center experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to adhere to strict attendance requirements
  • Ability to achieve and maintain departmental performance standards
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Primarily sedentary physical work requiring ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds; occasional lifting, carrying, walking and standing; frequent hand/eye coordination to operate computer keyboard and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; frequent speech communication, hearing and listening to maintain communication; daily use of computer keyboard, standard office equipment and telephone.
