Come join the Technology Products & Experience team to help shape a new team focused on elevating the digital experience for our internal users (partners) across the globe.  This team has a passion for creating technology solutions to enable productive and engaging experiences for our users.    

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager to create a strategy and vision of product goals, and guide the scope, definition and execution for device opportunities for our global workforce.  You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams across the organization to deliver a relevant relationship with devices – from laptops, Macs, tablets to smartphones.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Build and gain alignment on a strategy and approach – both hardware and software, to achieve an optimal investment for partner productivity devices across the enterprise
  • Manages product planning and development through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including architects, engineers, developers, designers and business stakeholders
  • Engage with business and technology teams, and vendors to assess technology options to meet business needs
  • Define all facets of product lifecycle management – includes total cost of ownership, asset management, IT operational support and decommission plans     
  • Oversee product evaluation and selection, includes participating in product demos and creation of RFI/RFPs for vendor solutions  
  • Research and build out personas for the spectrum of productivity devices
  • Identify requirements/user stories and prioritize use cases, collaborate with stakeholders to determine ROI/business value and maintain the product backlog  
  • Define technical solutions in partnership with engineering teams that meet the functional and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with the functional and engineering team to implement new technology
  • Research industry trends, new product innovations and emerging technologies   
  • Defines and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product success – includes monitoring feature performance
  • Continual development, socialization and advocacy for the overall vision, strategy and approach at all levels of the organization 

Required Experience and Skills  

  • Product management for large scale hardware/software products (5-7 years)
  • Cross-functional team leadership experience (5-7 years)
  • Proven ability to effectively define, manage and drive product roadmaps
  • Ability to balance technology expertise with deep understanding of business requirements to define and deploy highly reliable, scalable, and sustainable global technology solutions.
  • Collaboratively and objectively assess benefits, costs, and viability of proposed solution options and drives alignment across a diverse group of stakeholders (ex., business, legal, cybersecurity)
  • Applies knowledge of business principles and technology practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional activities
  • Effective communicator, adept with formal presentations and ability to style-flex (business vs technical language) based on the audience 
  • Works well with ambiguity | understand complex interdependencies of product and feature delivery
  • Exceptional analytical aptitude | attention to detail | collaborative
  • Ability to influence others without authority
  • Knowledgeable of agile/scrum methodology and tools
