The Role:

As a Dynamics AX Functional Analyst you will have the opportunity to be an integral part of Xylem’s business. This position will enable you to work with various individuals across the company in various regions using Dynamics AX.
You will be Involved in solutions design, architecting, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

  • The following skills are needed:
  • 5 - 10 years functional experience with Dynamics AX 2012/365
  • Understanding the capabilities of Dynamics AX 2012 and knows how to configure it to meet the business needs
  • Demonstrated successful Dynamics AX 2012 implementations using best practices
  • Involvement in Dynamics AX program customization for various standard, as well as fully-customized functional modules, especially Finance, Project Accounting, and Procurement
  • Gather and document requirements. Develop functional design documents. Work with developers in implementation of technical design documents. Ensures the technical design conforms to functional requirements
  • Evaluate and recommend business process and technology driven enhancement opportunities based on application system upgrades, releases and patches
  • Knowledge of the various modules within Dynamics AX 2012.
  • Maintain a high-level of communication with business users to manage expectations, timelines, and execution
  • Provide AX Functional support
  • Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Great communication skills

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

  • 4 year degree in MIS or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Dynamics AX certifications desired
