Job Description
Would you like to have a front seat during the electoral process? ELECT is seeking a dynamic candidate for the Elections Administration Supervisor position. The selected candidate will manage the election administration staff and activities. They will provide project management and process analysis in the area of election administration and systems. Ensures compliance with the agency and Boards policies, regulations and governing laws for the administration of elections in the Commonwealth. Develops, coordinates, delivers and maintains user documentation to ensure the uniformity, purity and legality of elections in Virginia. Analyzes and documents technical business processes.  
Minimum Qualifications
? Experience supervising, managing, and developing staff. ? Exceptional organizational, analytical, managerial and communication skills. ? Ability to influence and build teamwork that fosters a collaborative and continually improving environment. ? Experience in managing multiple projects with a variety of technologies and platforms. ? Ability to evaluate and streamline processes and otherwise drive organizational efficiencies. ? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. ? Excellent knowledge of personal computer and software (Microsoft Office suite). ? Ability to create professional written deliverables that document processes, tasks and procedures. ? Possess multi-tasking skills and the ability to use time efficiently. ? Be a team player. ? Have business awareness and be willing to learn about new developments. ? Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems. ? Some travel required.  
Preferred Qualifications
? A college level degree or equivalent experience is desired. ? A minimum of five years supervisory and project management experience. ? Demonstrated experience managing complex processes within strict deadlines. ? Experience documenting
