Job Description

We are hiring a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator who will support the EMEA Regional Recruitment Team based in London. You will be responsible for assisting with graduate recruitment processes, on-boarding of students and operational reporting and analysis while based in the Manila office.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the applicant tracking system and the central spreadsheets for the Graduate Recruitment Team, coordinating interview and assessment schedules throughout the Graduate and Summer Intern recruitment processes. You will ensure seamless onboarding of new starters, including processing employment screening checks and generating employment contracts by coordinating with the relevant teams, and responding to queries from applicants and hiring managers. You will also perform reporting and analysis of recruitment data (using Excel functions such as pivot tables and v-lookups) and regular audits of recruitment invoices and contractor timesheets.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have worked within a recruitment team and able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously on allocated tasks and to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary. You need to have a sound understanding of Excel and basic formula and functions as well as a willingness to work on a shift that overlaps with EMEA business hours. We’re also looking for someone with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and flexibility to change priorities as required. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate confidently to all levels of stakeholders and high attention to detail and accuracy are also necessary.

The Corporate Operations Group brings together specialist support services in Digital Transformation & Data, Technology, Market Operations, Human Resources, Business Services, Business Improvement & Strategy, Brand & Marketing and the Macquarie Group Foundation.
