The Opportunity

  • This position supports the HR Rewards Team with basic administrative tasks.

How you will contribute to make a difference

  • Provide administrative support for the HR rewards team
  • Entering in new hires and data changes within the HR system.
  • Maintain, process, verify, and complete documentation (hard copy electronic) related to activities such as new hires, employee status changes, etc
  • Maintain and post company’s open positions to state sites
  • Responsible for coordinating background checks and drugs screens
  • Process invoices
  • Manage employee snack bar
  • Create purchase orders
  • Coordinate benefit billing
  • Support immigration activities
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Basic office tasks including open and distribute in a timely manner, filing, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Must have 3-5 yrs office experience: Human resource office experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to manage and respect confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Ability to work independent(self starter) as well as with a team
  • Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong dedication to furthering corporate goals and objectives
