We are currently seeking a Immigration Senior Analyst to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

Responsibilities

The Immigration Senior Analyst will be responsible for the coordination, preparation, and filing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions for our company.  He or she will need to communicate with external immigration law firm, managers, members of NTT DATA immigration team, and employees on the status of the petition.  He or She will provide immigration direction and advise to business managers while ensuring that the advice and processes reflect current laws, regulations, and policies.

The Immigration Senior Analyst will draft / review support letters, forms, responses to requests for evidence and all other materials in support of the petition before it is filed with USCIS.  He or she will provide administrative support, such as file maintenance and mailing documents, as required.   

Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have experience in a high-volume atmosphere, and have strong organizational and communication skills.  Salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as an immigration paralegal, preferably for an IT consulting company
• Experience filing PERM cases, preferably for an IT consulting company
• Experience filing EB-1 Multinational Executive or Manager petitions with USCIS
• Experience filing I-485 applications with USCIS
• Experience responding to requests for evidence (RFE’s) for I-140’s and I-485’s
• Experience in filing H-1, L-1 and TN non-immigrant petition with the USCIS, preferably for an IT consulting company

• Strong knowledge of immigration practices and procedures
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Solid project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
• Experience at an IT Consulting company
