Job Description

Program Summary:

The high school internship program is designed to nurture the educational and professional of high school students. The students will build the framework to prepare them for post-high school, and gain insight into the workplace. Under direct supervision, students will be exposed to industry leaders, and gain industry knowledge on their chosen path or field of study.


Position Summary:


The summer intern will experience the day to day operations of Information Services supporting the campuses and home office. This person will support IS on administrative tasks and special projects led by the Director of Enterprise Application Service. Knowledge of Chromebook and Google suite is required to assist in troubleshooting, repair, and installing. The intern will assist with receiving, inventory, and configure new equipment.

Education/Certification :

  • Enrolled at a ResponsiveEd brand school

  • At good academic standing with credit hours to classify as a junior


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)


  • Ability to work full time (8hours/day) for at least 2 months

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written

  • Self-Motivated willing to learn and interested in working in a team environment

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Strong Microsoft office and google suite experience

  • Knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support department initiatives and assigned projects

  • Perform clerical duties, take notes, maintain files, and organize documents

  • Answer phone inquiries, oversee mail deliveries

  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records

  • Attend department meetings

  • Shadow multiple teams in the department
  • Any other duties as assigned.

All equipment required to perform jobs duties and task previously described.
