This internship will focus on the daily Resort Operations where you will develop your skills by participating in the collaboration between the front of the house and back of the house operations.


Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide Resorts Activities to Guests. Responsible for creating, planning, and executing guest activity programs for the Resort (i.e., arts & crafts, pool games, aerobics, movie night, karaoke, outbound trips to local attractions, BBQ, miniature golf, etc.). Monitor, supervise and assist guests while in the Activity Center. Promote and sign up guests for resort activities.

  •  Perform Area Audits. Conduct and record inspections of related activity areas in compliance with company standards and requirements. Manage a cash bank following proper cashiering procedures as per internal audit directives (when applicable)

  • Attend Training & Meetings. Complete required training as required by company standards. Complete all duties as assigned

  • Consistently provide Count on Me Service by practicing the Sequence of Service Steps. Be aware of and handle guest and employee safety and incident issues as they occur
  • Work and gain understanding of ordering as well as inventory control to include Internal Audit and Quality Assurance Audit procedures.

  • Train across all Departments to gain a behind the scenes perspective on how the business operates
  • Work a variable schedule in collaboration with the Resort Leadership to get an immersive real-world experience
  • Direct mentorship by the Resort Leadership at the site of internship

Education :

  • Minimum of two (2) years college study in a Hospitality program

Skills :

  • Great people and guest service skills
  • Outgoing, confident & happy demeanor
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Visio


  • Some level of proven guest service experience
