Job Description

The individual contributor is primarily responsible for providing the first or second level support to resolve problems with products and applications, performing the setup and maintenance of computer systems, and interacting with third party hardware and/or software vendors.

As a (IT Support Technician) , you will participate in Tier II and some Tier III level support of technology and applications within the ECS Virtual Support scope for all of KP-s internal clients, ranging from interns to executives in medical and non-medical roles. As a member of a geographically diverse team, under direction of team leads and managers, you will be responsible for taking technical escalations for difficult issues from the Enterprise Service Desk and ECS local teams via an Automated Call Distribution (ACD) system. In support of our clients, you will need to be able to troubleshoot and document unfamiliar issues while providing the best possible support experience for the people you are assisting. Some of the more common technologies in the Virtual Support Scope of Work:

O365 Products: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, MS Office,Lotus Notes, VPN/RAS, Mobile devices.
