KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Knowledge Management to join our Washington National Tax organization.


  • Develop and prepare communications, help materials, online demos, and guides for internal technology tools
  • Assist with creating and managing internal websites built on Microsoft SharePoint
  • Upload documents and update documents on SharePoint websites including metadata tagging
  • Provide training to administrators, end users, and support groups on tools and applications; and liaise with technical support on issues with tax research platforms
  • Prepare presentations, charts, diagrams, and mock ups to assist in analyzing business problems and defining solutions
  • Work with knowledge managers to create and review internal knowledge management tools and technology; as well as assist with writing business requirements for building technology solutions and/ or tools


  • Minimum one year experience working in knowledge management, information services, or similar role; preferably from a large corporate or professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Attention to detail, high degree of organization and ability to handle numerous projects at once are required skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and an aptitude for advanced technological skill levels (Basic Microsoft SharePoint skills, HTML is a plus)
  • Experience with gathering and writing business requirements is preferred
