As a Lead Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Location for this position is Seattle, WA. This position may require relocation and/or travel in the future.

· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
· At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
At least 7 years experience in the Design, Build, Implement and Document Compensation plans from Business rules
.At least 7 years of experience in the Design, Build, Develop and Document Dashboards and Reports
At least 5+ years of experience implementing Compensation plans with IBM ICM(Varicent)/ Callidus/ Xactly etc.
Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards as per business requirement
Proficiency in writing database queries and overall knowledge of database concepts is required
Familiar with latest trends in industry from technology and domain standpoint
Experience and good understanding of IT SDLC lifecycle phases. Through understanding of Agile principles and practices
Strong business process/system analytical skills
Creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated client facing skills, including managing client relationships
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
Ability to work with business users to transform and develop requirements into design, implementation and business solutions.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
