Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Part-Time LPN to join our Optage Home & Community Based Services team.
This position is primarily to cover our foot care clinics and will require travel throughout the metro area. Must be knowledgeable of foot care and have a passion for doing foot care for our clients. There may be occasional other duties as assigned with client visits, flu shot clinics or BP clinics.
This position will be Monday through Friday, with no assigned weekends or holidays.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices, CPR Certification is not required.
Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
- Current CPR certification.
Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
