We have an exciting opportunity for a LMS Administrator/Instructional Specialist located at our Franchise Support Center located in Bloomington, MN This role is  responsible for designing, developing, and implementing crew and manager blended learning solutions which motivate, guide, and train DQ crew members as they advance in their careers. Learning programs must also adhere to company standards and processes that are necessary to providing exceptional customer service, quality products, and efficient operations. This individual will serve on our curriculum team as the lead for blended learning content development and managing the DQ Franchisee Learning Management System.

 

 

Key Accountabilities Include:

 

Design and Develop Blended Learning Programs

 

Collaborates with SMEs to conduct needs analysis and learning objectives. Leads all aspects of design, development and materials using a variety of instructional techniques (including but not limited to mobile and eLearning, job aids, reference guides, webinars, audio and video scripts, story boards, navigational text, assessments, etc.) that transform complex information into professionally clear learning content through individual or in-person/virtual group environments that may include active learning projects, social collaborative problem solving, games, through written, interactive multimedia learning experiences and apprenticeship programs. Develops appropriate review/test questions and exercises to validate participant understanding.

 

Implement and Evaluate Learning Programs

 

Coordinates all aspects of implementation and evaluation of learning programs including the collaboration and communication between all involved stakeholders. Builds templates and coaching tools supporting products and processes and ensures that materials are maintained, up to date, accurate and compliant with company standards. Obtains stakeholder and SME approval of content and makes revisions based on stakeholder feedback. Monitors and evaluates learning programs and recommends methods for continuous improvement. Reviews, evaluates, and reports on progress of employees under guidance during programs.

 

Administer Franchise Learning Management System and Provide Support

 

Serves as an administrator of the DQ Franchise Learning Management System and curriculum content catalog including, but not limited to, uploading content, creating custom program pages and learning paths, running reports, scheduling classes, transferring knowledge to new users, providing training, and managing translation services. Provides excellent customer service to all external and internal customers while maintaining good working relationships with field staff and franchisees.

 

Actively Participates in Industry and Researches New Learning Methods

 

Remains current on developments in training and instructional methodologies, including technology enhancements, to enhance teaching practices and blended learning. Actively participates in industry and learning community through collaborative groups and events. Shares newest information with teams.
