Current Need
Position Summary:
  • Achieve / exceed yearly revenue target for areas of responsibility.
  • Manage operations related to Clinical Education digital services portfolio, such as e-Announcements, Expert-Connect, and eLearn Now. 
  • e-Announcement program management, including customer management, contract review, coordination with key internal/external stakeholders, coordinating review of proofs, maintaining timelines, scheduling of email sends, tracking and reporting of associated program metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expert-Connect and eLearn Now program management, including customer management, coordination with key internal/external stakeholders, managing program logic flow, coordination of technical programming and testing, ongoing program monitoring, engagement with experts and other clinicians, tracking and reporting of associated program metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work in collaboration with the sponsoring Pharmaceutical & Biotech companies to deliver messages to providers and practices within The US Oncology Network and Onmark Select Program.  Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with multiple customers.
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to drive and support process improvement and efficient processes for current and new services within portfolio.
  • Adhere to ICARE and iLEAD, all McKesson policies and procedures as well as HIPAA and other laws and regulations regarding privacy and other healthcare related matters.

Manage operations related to e-Announcements and Shipment Stuffers programs (drive revenue, customer engagement, program project management, coordination with key stakeholders, execution, and metrics reporting to internal and external stakeholders)

Qualifications

 
Minimum Requirements
2+ years experience in product marketing

Critical Skills

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis in healthcare preferred  
  • 2+ years in program project / product management experience
  • Experience with JIRA, Workfront, and/or other project management software preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with Marketo or other marketing software preferred

 

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Exceptional communications skills required
  • Exceptional customer service skills required
  • Ability to handle several priorities at once
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work in fast paced and changing environment
  • Advanced computer skills – basic computer applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

 
Education/Training:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, with an emphasis in Digital Marketing preferred

 

Working Conditions:


Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) –
  • Office-based
  • Based out of The Woodlands office
  • Travel up to 5%

 
Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) –
  • Computer based work is required.
