Department Description:

National Marketing Operations is a national resource for multiple lines of business. Increased effectiveness: consolidate operational-based functions and formally establish a national marketing operations team for continuity, global application and consistency. Optimized distribution process: create a coordinated design and channel distribution processes to streamline throughput and improve ROI. print, fulfillment, digital design, video, direct mail, e-mail, marketing automation, content solutions, events marketing, and clear and simple member health plan correspondence.

Intern Project:

The deliverables for this project developing best practices and recommendations for paperless delivery and digital/interactive health plan documents. It includes engagement with Digital Experience, Marketing Content team and Document Management Shared Services stakeholders: Support the planning and execution of paperless member communication planning. Manage promotional collateral and e-mail content development to inform members of new improvements. Support cross-functional Clear and Simple correspondence copy and design improvements through Marketing Content Team and manage stakeholder engagement.

Additional Requirements:

- Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.

- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3.0 GPA or above

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
