We are searchingfor a multimedia designer to join the Internal Communications team atImpervain Redwood Shores, CA. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of assets that range from presentations for our CEO and other senior leaders to videos, photosand other employer branding digital/print deliverables. You will also be on point for design support of events, conferences and offsite meetings.


  • Work closely with members of the Communications and Marketing teams, as well as others across the company to produce work that amplifies Imperva’s recently refreshed brand
  • Create/refine all CEO presentations and slides used for communication-wide events
  • Develop, produce and edit all company videos(quarterly highlights, year-in-review, employee profiles and interviews)
  • Shoot professional photos of people and events; guide/encourage others across the org to share photos.
  • Maintain photo repository for the company
  • Create and maintain content/visuals on company monitors
  • Provide graphics support for blogs, website and other deliverables as needed


  • Bachelor's degree in the field of design (digital or graphic) or art school.
  • Three years minimum experience, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
  • Ability to shoot and edit high quality photos and videos
  • Decent knowledge of a web content management system, such as SharePoint
  • Must have the ability to take a project from concept to live/finished project through an iterative creative and technical process in a collaborative team environment.
  • Attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
  • Ability to think proactively, identify problems and solutions, and exhibit a high level of self-initiative
