Job Description


A Payroll Clerk with DoubleTree by Hilton processes hours and payroll for hotel team members. Reviews accuracy of payroll and deductions and reports all discrepancies to supervisor. Prepares payroll reports, assists in processing month end closings.

* Payroll reports
* Missed punches - make sure edits are in for the day
* Daily manpower report to dept. heads
* Involved with Union paperwork (health and welfare)
* Check requests
* Union vacation, adjustments as needed
* Works with banquet - processing payroll

A General Cashier with DoubleTree by Hilton is responsible for receiving and consolidating all cash and checks, sell foreign currencies, prepare daily bank deposit and maintain records of daily cash receipts and transactions. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Inventories daily deposits from cashiers and bartenders. Reports to Controller or Assistant Controller any missing deposits or discrepancies between cash envelopes and actual deposit.

Prepares daily bank deposit in a timely manner for armored car pick-up.

Prepares cashiers/bartenders "due-backs" on a daily basis and gives change as requested.
*

Prepares General Cashier's Report daily.
*

Ensures adequate denominations of cash are available for daily operation of the hotel. Receives and reconciles delivery of currency and coins weighing up to 50 lbs.
*

Sells foreign currencies to foreign exchange companies.
