Job Summary:

Provide compliance support services for all HR required trainings at the Lincoln Medical Center.  Program Manager will:

• Facilitate onsite training programs.
• Liaise with department as a follow up to completion of required trainings
• Maintain training compliance records and follow up as appropriate for Lincoln Medical center.
• Work collaboratively with Central Office’s Workforce Development to meet the system-wide training initiatives.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and compile HR training metrics and data, track and create reports on outcomes of all required trainings and maintain training records for Lincoln Medical Center.
• Train new hires on hospital policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
• Gather and evaluate information from employees and departments on current and previous trainings to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional trainings.
• Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to Human Resources leadership.
• Identify and recommend reasonable short and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
• Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for policies and activities to maintain NYC Health + Hospitals, City, State and other regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate new HR trainings, programs and other related initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the job:

• High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability; specially the ability to work as self-starter
• Resourcefulness in finding information and answers from within and outside the system without prompting and micromanagement
• Respect for details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision
• Ability to prioritize/execute to  achieve desired department and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency
• Articulate communication skills – Verbal, written, pictorial and numerical
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette

Educational Level:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required.

Knowledgeable in :

• Microsoft Office Suite or related training applications/software (WebEx, Zoom, Captivate, etc.).
• Workshop Facilitation (Focus groups, Trainings, Workshops)
