The Regulatory and Accreditation Specialist is responsible for establishing and implementing regulatory standards and processes.  The Specialist will facilitate survey readiness and monitor for ongoing compliance.  The Specialist will guide improvement, facilitate mock surveys and develop plans for sustaining the improvements and compliance.  The Specialist assists with onsite surveys across home care and hospice departments, provides education, conducts tracer activity, and accepts other duties as assigned.  This individual is accountable for the collection, analysis, interpretation of regulatory data findings; contributes to the evaluation of the regulatory compliance trends and provides leadership, management, and facilitation of regulatory readiness teams. The Specialist strives to become an expert resource to Penn Medicine at Home and related entities.

Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of experience working in a healthcare related field required
