Job Description:

Participates in design, development and implementation of systems engineering activities, to include OS technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities. Responsible for components of complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities. Assists in establishment of input/output processes and working parameters for hardware compatibility and coordination of subsystems design and integration of total system. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor. Will not have direct reports but will influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Provides input on staffing, budget and personnel. Typically 5 or more years of systems engineering experience.

Overview

Release Coordinator/Technical Analyst accountable for planning and executing release and deployment activities from lower environments into production by utilizing defined tools and techniques for CashPro Applications.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience within a technology environment with more than 5 years of experience providing enterprise Release Management leadership in the Financial Services industry.
  • Expertise in ITIL and ITSM processes with a proven track record of implementing a successful Release Management program focused on continual improvement while balancing reactive and proactive elements.
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis, documenting findings, and designing plans to rectify issues.
  • Experience leading multiple successful cross organizational projects, especially release management automation and improvement projects
  • Must display a history of achieving goals in a high performance environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals and key executives and stakeholders within the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in analysis and presentation of data with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy of processes.
  • Comfortable in a fast dynamic environment with the ability to work in a disciplined manner and to remain composed under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Effective use of analysis techniques to drill into the details and ask relevant questions to create clarity.
  • Ability to work at least one weekend a month, sometimes two weekends will be required.

Desired Skills

XLR Release experience would be a plus

Exposure to Jenkins / Ansible deployments would be a plus
