We are currently seeking a Senior Data Architect to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for solutions using Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, Advanced Analytic and Data Science implementations. 
• Create Architectural patterns for migrations and software life cycle developments
• Present and communicate complex technical analysis to technical and non-technical audiences
• Leverage and integrate technology components into an overall solution architecture in support of business requirements   
• Lead and provide direction to team members (on or offshore) including technical vision
• Design and architect adhering to the regulatory compliance, governance and enforcing data quality
• Optimize solutions for cost and performance
• Creates the overall analytics platform architecture for controls automation
• Develops and/or leads the development of prototypes 
• Pulling and interpreting data and tying the findings with business judgment to drive actionable outcome 
• Credit or financial services industry is desirable

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 plus years of experience as a Data Architect working with data warehousing, advanced analytic and data science implementations 
• 8 plus years of experience with Big Data
• 8 plus years of experience with Hadoop
• Master’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:

• • Knowledge and experience using Architectural patterns for migrations and software life cycle developments
  • Ability to communicate and present complex technical analysis to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to leverage and integrate technology components into an overall solution architecture in support of business requirements 
  • Deep understanding of data modelling and metadata management. 
  • Proven and relevant experience in creating solutions using Multiple platforms and/or with multiple methodologies
• Credit or Financial Services Industry is desirable.
