The Role: 

FIS Asset Finance is looking for a new member for our graduate program.  This 2-year program is designed to provide you with a supportive learning environment as you progress into a challenging career in software engineering. The first 12 months of the program will be working in quality assurance to learn about our product, Ambit Asset Finance.  For the second 12 months, you will work in development. This will give you an opportunity to work in an agile team alongside designers, developers, and QA staff. 

Upon completion of the program you will move into a role of Junior Software Engineer.

What you will be doing in the 1st year: 

  • Creating and maintaining automated test scripts
  • Preparing and executing test plans along with all other aspects of software testing
  • Identifying, logging and tracking of software defects
  • Conforming to existing QA Processes and Standards
  • Interpret functional requirements and translate them into test requirements

You may be a graduate or have minimal commercial experience.
