Job Description

The purpose of this position is to support Health Dialog’s Server, Storage and Enterprise applications infrastructure.  The position ensures Health Dialog’s systems are running in an optimal and resilient state.


Essential Duties

  • Manage, monitor and troubleshoot server related issues to ensure operational availability of corporate systems.
  • Manage, monitor and troubleshoot Enterprise applications to ensure environment stability,data integrity and recoverability.
  • Plan, design and implement infrastructure upgrades to ensure Health Dialogs systems remain current to support existing and future business needs.
  • Participates in audit related research and compliance to ensure compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures.


Qualification Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Computer Science or related required
  • Windows and Microsoft technologies experience required
  • Mid-level infrastructure related experience required
  • Linux operating system experience preferred
  • Cloud experience with Azure and AWS preferred
  • Scripting languages for automation such as PowerShell, Python or Ansible preferred
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)  preferred
