We are currently seeking a Testing Automation Lead to join our team in Greater Detroit Area, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US).

Job Overview  ( Day to Day job Duties : what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 

• Gathering the Non-Functional requirements from the Business , Stakeholders and the Project Team.
• Prepare a detailed test plan based on the Information provided by the Business and the project team
• Identifying the Performance Test tool and the Protocol based on the nature of the application
• Develop Performance Test scripts of Web & Mobile based applications using Java based -IBM Rational Performance Tester & Jmeter and C based -Micro Focus Load Runner .
• Enhancing the Performance test scripts by writing a Custom code either in JAVA (or) Java Script (or) C based on the application.
• Develop a Performance Test schedule by analyzing the technical requirements and the nature of the application.
• Executing the Performance Test schedule by Test Design using IBM Rational Performance Tester and the Cloud based – Micro Focus Storm Runner.
• Monitoring the Performance Testing application using DynaTrace.
• Analyzing the Performance Test results using the DynaTrace Report , AWR Report , Server Statistics
• Preparing a detailed test report of the Performance Test results, Providing recommendations to the Project Team If any bottlenecks that impacts application’s performance is found.
• Have experience in using the Test Management System HP Quality Center & JIRA  
• Functional Based Testing

Basic Qualifications:  

• Requires Master’s Degree with 4-8 Years of Professional experience
• Requires Implementing and developing effective Performance tests, troubleshooting IT Problems , Interpreting Performance Test results
• Requires 4-5 years of Professional experience in Performing the tasks using HP / Micro Focus Loadrunner , IBM rational Performance Tester & Jmeter
• Requires Strong Programming Language Skills in Java , Javascript and C
• Requires Understanding in Complex Systems – Network Architecture and Monitoring Skills using DynaTrace
• Minimum Knowledge on AWS, Azure is required to conduct various tests in Cloud environments.
