We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Orlando, FL.

Capco is looking for someone to join the fast pace, high volume Human Resources Operations department.  This person will be assisting our USA and Canada regions with on-boarding process for Contractors and Sub-Contractors. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team and HR Operations Manager to assist with preparing Professional Services Agreements (PSA), and Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Seek approval from global procurement when the business unit or recruitment is seeking to set up a new staffing agency

  • Responsible for the entirety of the administration process from initiating the background checks and/or obtain attestation letter of completion of background checks from the agency, communicate clearance to start project, enter the contingent worker into the HRMS, coordinate with agency, Project Manager and IT to ensure smooth on-boarding

  • Draft PSA and SOW within 1-2 business days, conduct follow-up for return of agreement in a timely manner.

  • Must be able to read, analyze data, and interpret legal documents, and work with legal when required

  • Ensure the agency provides updated certificate of insurance in accordance to the liability requirements

  • Sent welcome emails to the new agency with invoicing instructions, gather W9, banking details

  • Provide new agency paperwork to accounts payable

  • Maintains role as primary/secondary contact for Service Providers relative to agreement requests

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the business unit, recruitment, service provider, management, compliance and risk department

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the contractor/sub-contractor dashboard

  • Work closely with Finance and Operation team for month end close by providing the cost rates for all active contractors/sub-contractors

  • Terminate Contractor/Sub-Contractor in PeopleSoft upon end of work assignment

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in HR dealing with contractor management
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred


  • Must be proficient with Office 365, MS Office, and must be able to master excel and a working knowledge of HRIS, PeopleSoft preferred
  • Experience with DocuSign
  • Strong oral and written communication and proven organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Ability to multitask and perform more than one task at the same time
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must have strong sense of urgency
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels within Capco and have a strong sense of customer service focused skills
